Rapid Cell Repair – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Rapid Cell Repair (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the customer (“you”, “your”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Payments

  • All payments are non-refundable unless confirmed in writing by authorized personnel.

  • Prices may change based on market conditions without prior notice.

  • Any new charges introduced will apply at the time of service.

2. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to update or modify our Terms & Conditions without notice.

  • Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Privacy & Data Handling

  • We collect necessary personal information such as name, email, contact number, and address.

  • Customer photos may be used in marketing (with the option to request removal).

  • We may contact you for promotions; you can opt out anytime.

  • Note: It is your responsibility to back up your data before submitting any device for service. We are not liable for any data loss.

4. Device Abandonment

  • Devices left unclaimed for over 90 days may be disposed of.

  • We will attempt to contact you via phone, email, or SMS.

  • After 60 days of non-response post-notification, you forfeit ownership rights.

5. Limitations & Service Refusal

  • We may refuse service if:

    • Technical requirements exceed our capabilities.

    • Device condition makes repair impractical.

    • Circumstances beyond our control delay the process.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Rapid Cell Repair and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from:

  • Violation of these terms.

  • Unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.

  • Failure to pay for services.

7. Warranty

We offer warranties ranging from 3 months to 2 years depending on the service. The warranty does not cover:

  • Mishandling (bends, cracks, etc.)

  • Water damage

  • Accidental drops

  • DIY repair attempts

  • Software issues not related to our service

  • Jailbroken or tampered devices

  • Pre-existing or unrelated damage

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service with written notice. Once terminated, you may no longer access our services or claim any post-service support.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

  • Governed by the laws of Dubai, U.A.E.

  • Any disputes must be raised within one year.

  • Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
